Counselling
Gym Membership

Counselling is a talking therapy where you work with a trained counsellor who will help you to better understand your thoughts and feelings. Counselling can help you to cope with difficult feelings or talk about tough situations you've experienced. Counselling can also help you to understand yourself better, and make positive differences to your life.
Exercise is a brilliant way to look after both our bodies and our minds, it can help boost energy levels, improve our mood, promote good quality sleep and keep our bodies healthy. If you enjoy exercise and would like to attend the gym regularly, we may be able to offer you a membership to a local gym. The memberships are reviewed every 3 months.
