When you begin working with SASH we support you to complete a support plan document, helping you to focus on your goals, and how to achieve them. The support plan covers all different areas of life such as life skills, financial skills and health. It will be updated with you every 3 months so you can reflect on your goals, discuss your progress, and decide on what help and support you might need.
Did you know that as part of your app membership you have a file system that holds all your important documents including your Support Plan document so you can look over them at any time.
When using the app go to ‘More’ at the bottom of the page and select ‘My Files’ from the options. It will ask you to login which is a security measure to keep your documents safe. Then you’ll be able to access your support plan, as well as other documents related to your supported lodgings and all the policies you read when joining SASH.
So, if you ever want to check something, or remind yourself of the work you’ve been doing with your Placement Coordinator remember to check out the file system!
